9:04 PM I wonder if they'll give us ridiculous passages for our chinese exam next thursday. Last saturday my tuition teacher gave us tests to do in preparation for our eoys, and the two open ended comprehensions were so (*&@$^%$ lah. The first one was by some annoyingly cheerful author who puts exclamation marks at the end of every paragraph, and the other one was about tofu. The whole passage was about tofu wth, like how we shouldn't underestimate tofu because of its price cos its very nutritious blah blah blah, what the best ways to serve tofu are, and how nice soya milk is. ?! If they give passages like this during the exam I'll probably be so sian diao that I won't be able to finish it.
